Our School

The Force of One Martial Arts school located in Corvallis, OR specializes in Olympic-style Taekwondo sparring, World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) forms, self-defense, and Korean weapons forms/sparring.

Derived from the Korean military, Taekwondo--often referred to as Korean Karate, has become one of the most popular martial arts in the world. A sport that is popular with people of all ages, Taekwondo builds strength, self-esteem, flexibility, stamina, and balance. Force of One Martial Arts brings students a mixture of exercise, competitive sparring, WTF sanctioned forms, self-defense, and weapons training.
